We have concluded a professional liability insurance contract that provides insurance coverage in the case of medical errors. According to the Obligations Act in force in Estonia, guarantees cannot be given in medicine.

We cannot be held responsible for the consequences that arose during treatment due to reactions related to the specifics of your body caused by the medicines, materials, and implants used, the occurrence and extent of unusual complications, defects of the material, means, or devices from the manufacturer of the materials used, complications that arose due to the natural wear and tear or changes in properties of the materials.

The clinic reserves the right to issue an invoice for the reservation if the client cancels the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.

If the client repeatedly fails to show up without prior notice, a prepayment will apply according to the treatment services. After the invoice has been received, the patient can book a suitable time for themselves.

  1. We will examine the health condition of your oral cavity and teeth, and determine the necessary examinations;

  2. We ask you to provide us with all relevant circumstances regarding your health;

  3. We will inform you of the health condition determined by the examination of your oral cavity and additional tests;

  4. We will inform you about the nature and purpose of the service being offered, as well as the risks and consequences associated with its provision;

  5. We will provide the service according to the general level of medical science and with the diligence usually expected from a healthcare service provider;

  6. We confirm that we will do everything reasonably possible to serve you, but according to applicable legislation, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate for the service;

  7. We ask you to follow the pre-, during, and post-treatment health behavior, recovery, and treatment instructions provided by us;

  8. We ask you to inform us immediately if any unusual circumstances arise in relation to the procedures undergone;

  9. If you have registered for our procedures, we consider that a contract for the provision of services between us has been concluded, and we ask you to pay for the service according to the invoice;

  10. Even if the treatment performed is unsuccessful, you are required to pay according to the invoice for the services rendered;

  11. If you have complaints about our services, we ask you to send them to:  info@citymed.ee;

  12. Complaints about the quality of care can also be submitted to the Health Board.

  7. We ask you to follow the pre-, during-, and post-service health behavior, recovery, and treatment instructions provided by us;

  8. We ask you to notify us immediately if any unusual circumstances arise related to the procedures you have undergone;

  9. If you have registered for our procedures, we consider our mutual service provision agreement to be concluded, and we ask you to pay for the service according to the invoice;

  10. Even if the performed treatment is unsuccessful, you must pay according to the invoice for the services rendered;

  11. If you have complaints about our services, please send them to: info@citymed.ee;

  12. You can also submit complaints about the quality of care to the Health Board

  6. We assure you that we will do everything reasonably possible to serve you, but according to applicable legislation, we cannot guarantee 100% success of the service;

  7. We ask you to follow the pre-, during, and post-treatment health behavior, recovery, and medical instructions given by us;

  8. We request you to inform us immediately if any unusual circumstances arise regarding your health in connection with the procedures performed;

  9. If you have registered for our procedures, we consider the service provision contract between us to be concluded and ask you to pay for the service according to the invoice;

  10. Even if the performed treatment is unsuccessful, you must pay according to the invoice for the services rendered;

  11. If you have complaints regarding our services, please send them to: info@citymed.ee;

  12. Complaints regarding the quality of care can also be submitted to the Health Board

The best treatment outcome can be achieved if you follow the doctor's advice and attend check-ups at least once every six months.

Frequency of follow-up appointments:

  • 1-2 weeks after surgery and placement of the teeth in the mouth

  • thereafter, a check-up and professional cleaning every 6 months.
